Registration cancellations received via email at the IASLC WCLC 2020 Conference Secretariat’s address on or before January 15, 2021 (23:59 PST) will be accepted and all fees refunded, less a USD 50.00 administrative fee, as per Committee policy. Cancellations received after January 15, 2021 (23:59 PST) will not be refunded. However, transfer of your registration to another person is permitted by re-accessing the original delegate’s registration information via the confirmation letter and replacing it with the new delegate’s information. No refunds will be made for non-attendance at the Conference.
Donations to the International Lung Cancer Foundation are non-refundable.
Alijet & Fargo International has been appointed as the company to collect all applications from Italian pharmaceutical companies and file them with the Italian Ministry of Health to obtain a preventive approval for Italian physicians to attend the IASLC 2020 World Conference on Lung Cancer.
